This is normal when we first start teaching. We learn by emulating, and have since we were babies. Some teacher training programs teach a scripted methodology of instruction, and this can result in students of that particular method or teacher trainer to all sound quite similar. This is neither right, nor wrong, it just is. However, sometimes students have a hard time finding their own voice in their teaching and their true personality can be lost.
