Author: Movement Monthly

There was a time in my life when I was not able to move in the way I was accustomed to, and because of this I developed an avid curiosity of how the body works, moves and heals from trauma. I have learned to appreciate every move my body makes, and every task it performs for me. I am lucky to have been able to turn what I thought was a tragedy into a fulfilling career dedicated to helping people move better, feel better and live better. When life gives you lemons, as they say. I love to read about the body, brain and movement, and have discovered that I love to write about it even more. It is through my writing that I share my thoughts and experiences with others who share this same passion for all things movement. There is a something for everyone whether a mover or movement professional. Enjoy, share your stories and please share mine with others. Together we will bring better movement to the World! Collaborations and guest writers are welcome. Please contact me at holly@movementmonthly.com.
